Bulk RNA-seq of BV2 Cells: LPS-Induced Inflammation and Plin2 Knockdown

Whole transcriptome RNA-seq data from mouse BV2 microglial cells under three experimental conditions. The 2.9 MB XLSX file, authored by Daoqiang Huang and last updated in April 2026, captures transcriptional changes during LPS-induced inflammation and the regulatory effect of Plin2 knockdown. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
