RR-10 Mission: Bulk and Single Nuclei Brain Omics from Spaceflight Mice

Bulk RNA sequencing and single nuclei transcriptomics and epigenomics data from the left cerebral hemispheres of mice flown on the Rodent Research-10 mission to the International Space Station. The dataset includes data from 4 Wild Type flight animals and 5 Wild Type ground control animals for bulk RNA-seq, and 5 of each group for single nuclei assays. NASA generated this data to study the effects of microgravity on cellular and molecular mechanisms, with the dataset last updated in March 2026.
