RR-10: Bulk RNA-seq and Spatial Transcriptomics of Mouse Hippocampus After Spaceflight

The Rodent Research-10 mission investigated bone tissue regeneration in space from 2020 to 2021. NASA generated bulk RNA sequencing and spatially resolved transcriptional profiling data from the hippocampi of 5 wild-type flight mice and 5 wild-type ground control mice.
