Cape Tribulation FLUXNET: Carbon and Energy Fluxes in Daintree Rainforest

Cape Tribulation in Far North Queensland provides flux tower measurements of energy, water vapor, and carbon dioxide exchange between a tropical rainforest and the atmosphere. The data were collected from March 2001 to February 2019 at the Daintree Rainforest Observatory, processed using PyFluxPro and ONEFlux software as part of the FLUXNET Shuttle project. The final product includes gap-filled Net Ecosystem Exchange partitioned into Gross Primary Productivity and Ecosystem Respiration.
