CATH Functional Families for SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV and MERS Proteins

CATH Functional Families (FunFams) assignments for protein domains from three coronaviruses: SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV, and MERS. The data was generated by Nicola Bordin at University College London by scanning UniProt entries against the FunFams v4.3 Hidden Markov Models library using HMMER3. The assignments were resolved using cath-resolve-hits, as the CATH v4.3 release was frozen before the COVID-19 pandemic.
