294 neurologists from three countries participated in an anonymous online survey from May to October 2025. The survey, authored by Ekaterina V. Pervushina, identifies barriers in diagnosing and managing amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). It reveals that over half of respondents diagnose ALS less than once a year and highlights significant cross-country differences in diagnostic and therapeutic practices.
