NASA collected this dataset to characterize ocular effects of spaceflight on mice. It includes repeated intraocular pressure measurements from before and after a 35-day mission on the International Space Station in 2017, alongside proteomic and immunohistochemical analysis of retinal tissue. Results indicate significant changes in pressure, apoptosis, and protein expression related to blood-retinal barrier integrity.
