Description
A 2015/2016 crop season study from the UFU Breeding Program (LAGER-UFU) evaluated 11 soybean genotypes for resistance to Asian soybean rust. The dataset includes calculated area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) values and percentages of affected leaf area for each genotype. It identifies genotypes L-210, L-166, L-268, L-203, L-279, L-224, L-216, and L-218 as showing partial resistance.
