Gammaproteobacteria Clone Library from Antarctic Biodegradation Experiment

A clone library contains sequences of approximately 600 bp derived from DNA extracted from an SAB-treated sample in the SRE4 in situ biodegradation experiment. The library was created using a universal primer and a primer specific for gammaproteobacteria. This work was completed by AU_AADC as part of ASAC project 2672, with data last updated in 2002.
