Historical Ocean Station and Bathythermograph Data from Global Expeditions

Global oceans dataset contains bathythermograph and ocean station data from multiple research vessels across twelve major oceanic regions. Observations were primarily collected using Nansen bottle casts between 1964 and 1971, with a small portion from early electronic CTD/STD recorders. The National Oceanographic Data Center processed and standardized the data into C100 and C128 formats.
