Fruit Fly Brain Connectome Co-activation Probabilities from Neural Dynamics Simulation

A dataset from Tsinghua University containing co-activation probabilities between neurons in the largest fruit fly brain connectome from the FlyEM project. The probabilities are derived from neural dynamics computations using a standard leaky integrate-and-fire model applied to the connectome. This is an old version; a newer version is available on Zenodo.
