The Port of Saint John region in Canada contains continuous oceanographic monitoring data from 2019 onward, including temperature, salinity, depth, and turbidity. Data collection uses bottom-mounted instruments, surface moorings, and hard-mounted sensors across diverse environments like rivers, marshes, and a Marine Protected Area. This dataset captures dynamic salt-fresh water balance and seasonal coastal dynamics in a highly tidal area.
Data is available in multiple formats (ESRI REST, FGDB/GDB, PDF, CSV). Intertidal data contains known gaps during low tide. License is Canada Open Government Licence.
