Description
Administrative data from the Valuation Office Agency details non-domestic property in England and Wales from 1998 to 2008. For each 'bulk class' property type, it shows the number of premises, total floorspace, total rateable value, and rateable value per square meter. The dataset is published by Neighbourhood Statistics and aggregated at multiple geographic levels including MSOA, Local Authority District, and Government Office Region.
