Component wise scores of baseline and follow up assessment in 10 MCHs in Bihar-Supplementa

10 government medical college and hospitals in Bihar, India, were assessed using a WHO tool adapted by the Integrated Disease Surveillance Program. A baseline assessment was conducted between December 2022 and August 2023, with follow-up assessments in February–May 2025. The dataset contains component-wise scores from these pre- and post-intervention evaluations.
