The dataset includes Escherichia coli concentrations, total suspended sediment, dissolved organic carbon, turbidity, and environmental variables like rainfall, temperature, and solar radiation. It was collected by researchers from the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique with support from the Multiscale TROPIcal CatchmentS observatory.
