Congo Subnational Rainfall Indicators and Forecasts by Dekad

Dekadal rainfall indicators for the Republic of the Congo are aggregated by subnational administrative units using CHIRPS satellite imagery and CHIRPS-GEFS forecasts. Produced by the World Food Programme (WFP), the data tracks 10-day, 1-month, and 3-month rainfall totals alongside long-term averages and anomalies. The records are updated up to six times per month to transition from initial forecasts to final validated observations.

• Assessing immediate moisture stress using the 10-day rainfall anomaly percentage (rfq)
