A study of 135 undergraduate dental students from the Federal University of Paraíba evaluated the correlation between signs and symptoms of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and the severity of malocclusion. The presence of TMD was estimated using Fonseca's Anamnestic Index and a clinical evaluation protocol, while occlusal factors were assessed using the Treatment Priority Index (TPI) on plaster casts. The research was authored by George Azevedo Lemos and published via the paperswithcode platform.
