Ilaria Valentini's 2026 study provides a partitioned survival model evaluating the cost-effectiveness of lorlatinib as first-line treatment for ALK-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer in Italy. The model uses clinical data from the CROWN trial and network meta-analysis, with costs in 2026 euros and outcomes measured in life-years and quality-adjusted life-years. The base-case analysis found lorlatinib to be dominant, providing higher benefits at lower costs compared to alectinib.
