Weekly rates of COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and deaths among Chicago residents are segmented by vaccination status and age group. Data collection began the week ending April 3, 2021, for vaccinated and unvaccinated groups, and October 23, 2021, for boosted individuals. The dataset is provided by the City of Chicago's public health department.
