Description
Cryoelectron microscopy structures of the full native virion and an uncoating intermediate of Enterovirus D68, determined at 2.2- and 2.7-Å resolution, respectively. The data, produced by researchers at Purdue University West Lafayette, delineates the pathway of EV-D68 uncoating and provides the molecular basis for its acid lability.
