Cumulative risk maps identify koala habitat in New South Wales exposed to multiple interacting threats, including bell miner associated dieback, Phytophthora, salinity, and altered fire regimes. The dataset integrates forest disturbance and habitat suitability layers to highlight areas where overlapping dieback processes may pose the greatest risk to koala populations. It was produced by Western Sydney University as part of a 2023 research plan and last updated in May 2026.
