Gulf of Mexico Current Meter and Wave Spectra Data from 1977-1978

Moored current meter casts collected current direction, speed, temperature, and wind wave spectra data in the Gulf of Mexico. Data were submitted by the National Data Buoy Center for the Brine Disposal project and processed by NODC into standard formats F005 and F191. Measurements were taken from December 22, 1977 to October 31, 1978.
