CWFETB-China: Gridded Water Footprint and Evaporation for Crops in China (2000-2018)

2000-2018 monthly gridded data of green and blue water footprints, evaporation, and transpiration for 21 crops in China. The dataset, created by Wei Wang of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, distinguishes water consumption by irrigation mode and provides unit benchmarks.
