Darwin and Bynoe Harbour regions in northern Australia have predicted seabed gravel content derived from 395 samples and 14 environmental variables. The 10-meter resolution raster grid was created by Geoscience Australia, AIMS, and the Northern Territory Government using data from surveys between 2011 and 2017. Predictive accuracy for gravel is reported as VEcv = 59%, representing a 68.4% improvement over a common interpolation method.
Data is presented in raster grid and ASCII text file formats within a ZIP archive.
