Tundra Greenhouse Gas Fluxes with High-Resolution Spatial Patterns and Drivers

In-situ measurement data from tundra plots for carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide fluxes during the growing season (July 1-August 2). The dataset includes R code for analysis and upscaled raster maps of fluxes, soil moisture, and temperature, produced by researchers at the University of Helsinki. Remotely-sensed data and some upscaled results are not included due to their large size.
