MATLAB codes and data files supporting a theoretical study of a cavity QED analogue to the Stern-Gerlach experiment. The dataset, created by Themistoklis Mavrogordatos, includes quantum trajectory simulations under homodyne and heterodyne detection, with data organized by figure from the associated manuscript. Files contain matrix data for steady-state and conditioned Wigner functions of a cavity field.
