A 2021 collection of computational models and scripts supporting the research article "Designed proteins assemble antibodies into modular nanocages" published in Science. The data package includes design models, building blocks, symmetry definitions, and example scripts for creating protein fusions and rendering figures. It was created by Robby Divine at the University of Washington.
The data is packaged in a tar.gz file; users will need appropriate software to extract and view the contents, which may include specialized scripts for PyMOL.
