Seven anonymized interview transcripts from a 2023 study exploring cisgender children's relationship with gender in UK schools. The data was collected via 60-minute semi-structured interviews with seven secondary and sixth-form students aged 11 to 17 from Norfolk and Suffolk. The interviews were conducted by Steph Dodgers and analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis.

- Studying the influence of educational environments on gender identity based on descriptions of schooling experiences
- Investigating the impact of sports participation on gender views based on accounts of sporting treatment and opportunities
- Developing educational policy recommendations based on identified areas needing curriculum change
Strengths
- Seven detailed 60-minute interview transcripts providing qualitative depth
- Participants were purposively sampled to address a research gap on cisgender children
- Data anonymized at source for privacy protection
Limitations
- Row count and column-level documentation are absent; field semantics must be inferred after download
- Sample size is limited to seven participants from one high school
- Data may reflect geographic bias inherent to its collection in Norfolk and Suffolk
