Mouse Gut Microbiome and Hormone Data for Fiber and Transit Time Study

48 conventional female C57Bl/6NTac mice were studied from September to October 2024 at the Technical University of Denmark. The dataset includes measurements of intestinal transit time, gut microbiota composition via 16S sequencing, targeted metabolomics, and satiety hormone quantification. Data and R scripts for the study are provided by Anna Pii Hjørne.
