COVID-19 US Cases and Model Parameters for Testing and Testing-less Endemic Theory

US COVID-19 cases and deaths data from the CDC is included. The dataset supports a mathematical model (SICM.m) with daily initial conditions and 30 best-fitted parameter values for days 50 to 590, created by B. Deng and C.Y. Yang in June 2023. It also contains parameters for 5 COVID-19 variants classified by theorems from the associated manuscript.
