A Peking University study provides transcriptomics data from a novel Lama2 knockout mouse model (dyH/dyH) for LAMA2-related muscular dystrophy. The data includes single-cell and bulk RNA-seq results from brain and muscle tissues, identifying 2020 differentially expressed genes. Dandan Tan and colleagues created this model using CRISPR-Cas9 to target a human mutation hotspot region.
