A collection of genomic and phenotypic data from approximately 1000 ethnically Tibetan women from Nepal adapted to high altitude. It was used to study natural selection by combining genome-wide association analysis and tests for polygenic adaptations. The analysis provided evidence of selection for alleles associated with fertility traits like pregnancies and live births.
