Aggregating electrochemical measurements of transient adenosine release in the caudate-putamen of anesthetized rats. Data were collected over four hours, covering two hours of normoxia, 30 minutes of cerebral ischemia, and 90 minutes of reperfusion. The study quantified changes in transient frequency and concentration, including the effects of an A2A antagonist.
