Genomic and Phenotypic Data for Eucalyptus Nitens Breeding Population

A collection of genomic and phenotypic data for 691 Eucalyptus nitens individuals from two seed orchards. It was used to investigate genomic selection for solid wood production traits, comparing GBLUP and pedigree-based BLUP models. The data includes growth, form, and wood quality traits measured at ages six and seven.
