Long-Term Microelectrode Array Electrophysiology and Time-Lapse Imaging Data

Continuous extracellular electrophysiology recordings and time-lapse imaging from hippocampal cell cultures, acquired over a period of up to 70 days. The data was generated using a custom benchtop perfusion system for simultaneous multimodal acquisition. It was created by Dirk Saalfrank and published in 2020.
