Electrophysiological recordings and mathematical model outputs investigating the interaction between the Na+/K+ pump and h-current in leech heart interneurons. Created by Daniel Kueh and updated in 2020, the data documents changes in neuronal bursting periods under pharmacological manipulations including monensin and strophanthidin. The collection includes both biological experimental results and synthetic data from a Na+ dynamics model.
