Encompassing simulation data created to assess the power of different fMRI stimulation protocols and analysis assumptions in neonates. The research found that block-durations at the lower range (full on/off cycle duration 25-30s) are most powerful for neonatal fMRI and that using an age-appropriate hemodynamic response function (HRF) is critical. The dataset was authored by Rhodri Cusack and last updated in June 2020.
Released under the CC0 1.0 Public Domain Dedication license. The dataset is simulation output; primary raw fMRI data is not included.
