Biomechanical Parameters of Sit-to-Walk and Sit-to-Stand-Walk Tasks

Ten healthy volunteers performed 5 trials each of sit-to-walk and sit-to-stand-and-walk tasks. The dataset contains event timing, ground reaction forces, whole-body center of mass displacement, and center of pressure to extrapolated center of mass distance measurements up to the third step. It was collected to identify biomechanical parameters consistent across different rising-to-walk behaviors.
