Phylogenomic Data from 4178 Nuclear Loci for Squamate Relationships

A collection of phylogenomic data from 4178 nuclear loci obtained via targeted sequence capture for 32 squamate taxa and 5 outgroups. It was generated by Jeffrey W. Streicher to resolve the placement of snakes among lizard families and the position of iguanian lizards. The analysis uses approximately 100 times more loci than previous estimates.
