Darwin Harbour Seabed Habitat Maps from 2015-2018 Multibeam Surveys

Geoscience Australia, AIMS, and the Northern Territory Government conducted collaborative seabed mapping in the Darwin-Bynoe Harbour region between 2015 and 2018. The data package covers 1978 km², with 1754 km² mapped using multibeam echosounders over 247 survey days. This baseline environmental data was funded by the INPEX-operated Ichthys LNG Project to inform marine resource management.
