Plasma N-Acetyl Amino Acid Panel for Type 2 Diabetes Discrimination

A case–control study of 242 individuals (174 with T2D, 68 controls) conducted by Shusi Ding, last updated in June 2026. It contains targeted LC–MS/MS quantification data for 19 plasma N-acetyl amino acids (NAcAAs). The data was used to develop an 8-metabolite diagnostic panel for T2D discrimination.
