A randomized controlled trial dataset from 60 healthy adults aged 18–75 examines associations between changes in conditioned pain modulation (CPM) efficiency and quantitative sensory testing measures. The secondary analysis uses multiple linear regression to model relationships with thermal and pressure pain thresholds, tolerance, ratings, and psychological factors. Data includes regression coefficients and R-squared values for key findings.
