3,261 unique English-language articles and reviews on exercise and cancer prognosis were analyzed from the Web of Science and Scopus. Annual publication output nearly doubled from 211 in 2015 to 483 in 2024, with the United States and China leading production. The dataset, created by Xiaodong Wang, was last updated in June 2026 and includes analysis of co-authorship networks and keyword co-occurrence.
