A multiple baseline, single-subject design study assessed the impact of accelerated theta burst stimulation combined with reading instruction on young adults with persistent developmental dyslexia. The study involved 5 cohorts with 2–4 participants per cohort, each receiving 20 treatment sessions over five weeks. Preliminary results suggest combined treatment improves oral reading fluency and accuracy above instruction alone and differentially impacts brain regions supporting reading.
