Antimicrobial Resistance Gene Abundance in Bangkok Toilet Waste

Twenty-seven toilet waste samples were collected from nine sites across low-, middle-, and high-income areas in Bangkok during March–April 2023. The dataset contains metagenomic sequencing results mapped to resistance gene databases, reporting abundance in fragments per kilobase per million mapped reads (FPKM). It was created by Narong Nuanmuang to explore associations between income levels and antimicrobial resistance.
