Generated using a modified PIPseq workflow and Oxford Nanopore sequencing, this dataset profiles isoform usage across human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a single donor. It is described as the largest long-read single-cell dataset of human PBMCs from a single donor to date, enabling the detection of megakaryocytes. Author Patricia Hayes Doyle released the data under a CC-BY-4.0 license on figshare in May 2026.
The dataset is a 2.9 MB DOCX file; users should verify the actual data format and content upon download.
