A cross-sectional survey of 300 pre-service teachers from two universities in Kazakhstan, conducted in Winter 2024–2025. The dataset contains self-reported measures of digital etiquette and belief-oriented technology use, analyzed for factorial structure and associations with background variables. The data was collected by Nabat Issembayeva and published under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
