203 patient records from a retrospective cohort study analyze the association between admission neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and clinical severity in Gloydius brevicaudus envenomation. The study found a dose–response relationship, with the highest NLR quartile showing a nearly fourfold increased risk of moderate-to-severe envenomation. Data includes clinical severity scores, NLR values, and adjusted odds ratios from multivariable logistic regression.
