Meta-Analysis of Brain-Computer Interface Rehabilitation for Early Stroke

Nine randomized controlled trials involving 642 participants with early stroke were analyzed. The meta-analysis evaluated effects on upper limb function, activities of daily living, and adverse events. It found a significant mean difference of 5.02 for improved upper limb function.
