A 30-week study from 2026 assessed the effectiveness of a blended learning model on 192 pre-service computer science teachers from two universities in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. The dataset contains pre-test and post-test scores measuring subject, methodological, and ICT competencies for experimental and control groups. Results include statistical comparisons with t-test values, p-values, and Cohen's d effect sizes.
